Basic training for your current and future leaders

Programme

Anyone who takes on leadership responsibility today should be able to do more than just exercise authority. Our basic training helps new leaders to find their own path to acceptance, loyalty and followership. At the same time, we teach core competencies and methods that lead to joint success and promote a healthy and intact team culture. The programme focuses on

  • The development of a clear personal understanding of leadership
  • Tools and methods for implementing the leadership process
  • The optimal use of the 5-level leadership spectrum
  • The ability to develop a consensual expectation management system
  • The competence to develop goals qualitatively and quantitatively and to communicate them clearly
  • Learning productive feedback structures
  • The promotion of self-awareness, self-reflection, awareness and a sense of responsibility

Parallel to the core training, the participants' personal strengths and talents are made visible and a conscious and responsible personal development is set in motion. The aim is that after this first stage of development, participants will be able to

  • handle their leadership responsibilities with confidence
  • develop a reliable situational awareness,
  • avoid communication and interaction mistakes and
  • begin to grow authentically into their new roles.

Target group

The training programme is primarily aimed at employees who are taking on leadership responsibility for the first time, are new to the company or are managing a cultural change together with their team. Already established leaders who wish to gain even more confidence in their day-to-day leadership will also benefit from this basic programme.

Typical Integration

Our basic leadership programme already provides a new, future-oriented conditioning of your leaders of tomorrow as a stand-alone measure. However, it can also be useful as a preliminary module for participants of our higher-level leadership trainings (for example, "Moderative Leadership as a 4D Method", "Situational Leadership as a Coach" or "Holistic Sales Empowerment") - depending on their personal starting level.

Methodology

The programme is structured as a practice-focused training workshop. The core is our Rehearsal-Method, which ensures the greatest practical relevance and immediate feedback. All individual coaching sessions are based on the Avina-core-values-principle and are linked to the Avina-heart point-strategy.
